MY STORY
From pharmaceuticals to psychotherapy
I came to psychotherapy through my own experience of therapy and the change it made possible. After twelve years working in the pharmaceutical sector, including with Pfizer in Dublin, I chose to retrain.
I studied at the Irish Institute of Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy (IICP), graduating with a First Class BA (Hons) in 2020. I then completed a Master’s in Mental Health, where my research focused on women’s lived experiences of the therapeutic relationship in trauma work something that continues to inform how I work today.
I’ve worked across a range of clinical settings in Dublin, including Pieta House, the Loreto Centre, Village Counselling Service, and the Rialto Community Drug Team. I now work with adults in English and Portuguese, both online and in person.
What matters most to me is the relationship we build in therapy. I take a relational approach, grounded in the understanding that when you feel truly heard and accepted, change can begin to happen. At the heart of my work is meeting you with genuine care and respect.

HOW I WORK
My approach
Attuned to your experience
I’m mindful of how trauma, loss, and past experiences can shape how you feel and relate to others. I aim to meet you with care, taking time to understand your experience in the context of your life and your cultural background.
Led by you
You are the expert on your own life. Sessions are shaped by what you need, rather than a fixed agenda. I take my lead from you, adapting my approach to what feels most helpful.
Adapted to you
I take an integrative approach, drawing on a range of models, including person-centred therapy, CBT, DBT-informed practice, Solution-Focused, Existential therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. We work collaboratively to find what feels most helpful and supportive for you.
