Individual Therapy
One-to-one therapy for adults working through life’s challenges. I offer a warm, non-judgemental setting where you can explore your experience, understand yourself more clearly, and begin to feel more grounded and at ease.
My approach is integrative and person-centred, meaning I draw on a range of evidence-based theories and tools, including CBT, DBT, Choice Theory, and other solution-focused approaches, while staying close to your experience. Sessions last 50 minutes and typically take place weekly.
I have experience supporting adults and young adults with a range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including: Trauma & PTSD • Anxiety & stress • Depression • Bereavement & grief • Addiction & recovery • Self-esteem • Suicidal ideation • Self-harm • Life transitions • Relational difficulties • Neurodiversity • Existential concerns.

I am an accredited EAP (Employee Assistance Programme) provider, offering confidential individual therapy and psychoeducational workshops to organisations seeking to support employee wellbeing in a meaningful way.
My background in multinational environments including over twelve years in the pharmaceutical sector gives me direct insight into workplace stress, performance pressure, and the relational dynamics of professional life.
FEES & STRUCTURE
Practical information
Sessions take place online via secure video or phone, offering flexible support wherever you are. A limited number of in-person appointments are available in Dublin.
Individual Session
€70 per 50-minute session. Payment by bank transfer at the end of each session.
Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
