Starting Therapy

How do I know if therapy is right for me?

1

Where are sessions held?

Therapy can be helpful at many different points in life not only in crisis. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply want to understand yourself better, therapy can be a valuable space. You don't need to be in severe distress to benefit from it.

How many sessions will I need?

2

I invite new clients to begin with six sessions, which gives us time to build a working relationship and for you to experience what the process feels like. After six sessions we review together how you'd like to proceed. Some people work briefly, others over a longer period  the pace is always yours to determine.
